Being my first time outside of the UK, I was made to feel welcome and safe. The villas are beautiful themselves with a lovely view but you also get a perfect view of the sunset people usually pay for. At night there's a relaxed vibe about the area. It's a short, if a little difficult, walk up to Oia or down to the Ammoudi port. The location of these is slightly outside of the more busy areas while still being within reach. Finally, the staff were all amazing and I always felt comfortable asking them for anything regarding my room or the great recommendations they gave for places to visit. I actually cannot praise this place enough.

Wonderful location, staff and breakfast. The property exceeded our expectations and very close to Oia. Parking on site was very useful as we rented a car. It was quite steep to walk up to get to Oia but a short walk from ammoudi bay and the views were amazing. The quaintest little beach nearby, overall an exceptional stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The owner was incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help – truly outstanding hospitality. The location is simply stunning and peaceful, with beautiful views all around. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The private heated pool was a big highlight – perfect for relaxing, and great fun for the children too! We also loved the breakfast – fresh, tasty, and a fantastic way to start the day. The amenities were great for everyone – children and adults alike – making it an ideal place for families. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

The owner of the property drove us in his own vehicle to a wedding reception at the property next door. The following morning, we asked for a taxi to take us to the airport located 30 minutes away. When the taxi did not arrive, the owner of this property drove us to the airport himself in his own car! He refused payment for gas and his time, and indicated that he just wanted to take care of his guests. We have never encountered service like this. The owner is a kind man.

The villas are exceptional, and Alex and Francesco provided outstanding hospitality. The location is ideal, offering convenient walking access to Oia village while maintaining a peaceful distance from tourist congestion. The villa is well-appointed, impeccably clean, and comfortably accommodates a family of four to five. The private pool and sun loungers enhanced the experience, particularly for children.

Highly recommended! Our hosts Alex and Francesco were extremely helpful and welcoming, we could not have asked for better hosts; from arranging airport transfers to advising on and booking local activities for us, and even taking us to the local doctor when our 4 year old was poorly mid-way through the holiday (for this we will be forever grateful), no request was too small. The accommodation was stunning, and only a short walk away from the main town. One of our favourite moments was sharing a cold drink as the sun went down over views of the neighbouring sea. Perfection.

Beautiful property. Wonderful sunset views. In a nice area, a bit of a walk into town but very doable. Property owners are very welcoming and helpful. They left snacks in the room which were a lovely surprise. The pool was kept very clean and was great to have during the heat of our Aug visit!

Incredibly clean and peaceful, away from busy Oia but walkable. Very cute villa and very generous touches like fruit, milk, bread and so many toiletries. Also, the brothers were so helpful and took pride in their properties.
